Our objective is to establish a smooth and efficient work environment between you and your employers, to boost productivity while minimizing expenses.

Pay Structure

Starting Salary

  • All VAs begin at a base salary of 30,000 Rs per month with monthly increments of Rs 1000 (based on client retention).

  • After one year of service with TalentGree, your base salary will increase to 50,000 Rs per month.

  • After Two years base salary will rise to Rs 70,000 per month.

Your Work Schedule:

  • You'll typically work 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.

  • To receive your full base salary, you must work at least 16 hours with a client each month.

  • If you work less than 16 hours with a client in a month (for any reason), you'll be paid an hourly rate of Rs 400/hour for the time you work.

Client-Based Increments

  • You'll receive a monthly increment of 1,500 Rs for each client you successfully work with and be able to retain for the next month.

  • This means your pay will increase each month if you retain the client.

  • Example: your base salary is 30000. If you work with a client for one year, your accumulative salary at the end of your first year will be 30,000+(1500x12) = 48000Rs. From the second year, your base salary will be 50,000/year.

  • If you work with a client for at least 3 months and they end the contract, you will be sent to the waiting pool. You'll receive a base salary for the first month in the waiting pool. After that, you'll receive a small stipend (e.g., 10,000 - 15,000 Rs) for a maximum of two additional months.

  • If the client terminates before 3 months of service, you will not receive base salary support for the following month. However, new opportunities will be provided continuously to kickstart your career.

TalentGree Virtual Assistant Policy

Purpose

This policy establishes clear guidelines and consequences regarding direct client-VA financial transactions outside of the TalentGree platform. These guidelines maintain TalentGree’s position as the intermediary, ensuring quality control, payment security, and protection for both clients and VAs.

This policy is in place to:

  • Protect TalentGree's business model.

  • Ensure the VA receives fair and consistent compensation.

  • Protect clients from potential fraud or misrepresentation.

  • Provide a secure and streamlined payment system.

Policy Statements

Exclusivity of Payment

All payments for VA services provided to TalentGree clients must be processed exclusively through the TalentGree platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Hourly wages

  • Project-based fees

  • Bonuses or commissions

  • Any additional compensation

Prohibition of Direct Payments

VAs are strictly prohibited from:

  • Requesting direct payments from clients.

  • Accepting direct payments from clients.

  • Sharing personal financial information with clients.

  • Creating independent payment agreements with clients.

Consequences of Violation

Any VA found violating this policy will be subject to the following actions:

  • Immediate and permanent termination from the TalentGree platform.

  • Forfeiture of any outstanding payments owed by TalentGree.

  • Potential legal action as outlined in the VA's contract with TalentGree.

Additional Considerations

Communication

This policy will be:

  • Clearly outlined in all VA contracts.

  • Regularly reinforced through VA training and communication channels.

  • Posted prominently on the TalentGree website and VA portal.

Reporting Mechanisms

TalentGree will establish a clear and confidential system for both clients and VAs to report suspected violations of this policy.

Review

This policy will be reviewed and updated periodically to ensure it remains effective and aligned with TalentGree's business practices.

Acknowledgement

All TalentGree VAs are required to sign an acknowledgement form indicating their understanding and agreement to abide by this policy.
